Hypnosis is a natural altered state of consciousness. In fact, we slip in and out of hypnosis often throughout the day; when we are daydreaming, doing something we are passionate about, lost in thought, or zoning out when driving a car. Hypnosis allows us to reach the subconscious mind where our beliefs, emotions, past memories were created that are causing present day issues. A certificated trained hypnotherapist can reprogram the subconscious mind transforming old beliefs creating new behaviors and desired outcomes.
